Shipping & Packaging...
We aim to dispatch your item 3-5 working days after payment is received. We may be able to complete this sooner than the time frame stated. This depends on the amount of orders we have received. If for any reason your order is delayed, you would be notified and given options...
Shipping is done Via Hermes standard (once received by courier can take 2 - 4 working days to arrive)... This will depend on the size of the package... The flat rate of postage will be £4.75 to cover the minimum cost... This has been decided through us looking at the best options available. This has been a priority especially since the pandemic, we want to make sure that everyone's items get to them safe and quickly as possible...
We offer Delivery... If you qualify for this then this option will be available at checkout. If you choose this option please email the email address below again with order number and address. This helps up to track deliveries more easily and so we know we have definitely received your order for delivery. On receipt of your email we will contact and give you dates and times that we will be delivering. Please give us 3-5 working day to package your order and get it delivered to you.
We also offer collection from Rooksbridge, Somerset and this can be arranged via selecting collection and emailing:

Please include name on the order and order number to help us keep track and sort your order out as quickly as possible. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. You will then be notified when it will be available to collect and please follow the instructions on the notification email.
Returns Policy...
We are happy to refund if your item is faulty or you feel it is not as described. Refunds would need to be received via email to:

within 14 days after goods were delivered unless agreed otherwise. Please make sure you include your reason for wanting a refund and if faulty attach pictures. You will be refunded the item amount excluding the shipping costs. Non faulty items would need to be returned to us and in an unused state and original packaging. The buyer would have to cover the shipping cost. Once received we would happily refund the item amount excluding original shipping costs.
Please check the address you have provided as we cannot issue a refund if you have provided us with the wrong address. We cannot be responsible if you request an item to be left in a safe place and it is not received. However we will do everything in our power to help you try and track down you parcel...
