Please note we try our upmost to be as accurate as can be within our descriptions. Some products may differ slightly in colour, have natural features such as knots, texture difference, pitting or natural marks (such as stone items). Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about these items. Anything we deem not be a natural feature due to material of the product will be put in a folder of imperfect items. These will be non refundable as they will heavily discounted from retail price...
